Job Summary
Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, managing inventory and financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 50-Hour Work Week
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to sweep and mop floors, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
