Job Summary
Assist Restaurant Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards. Support the Restaurant General Manager, ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, 18+ age, basic computer literacy, and strong math/analytical skills; physically capable of long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing/walking most of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-Hour Work Week
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
