Job Summary
Lead daily front-of-house operations by coaching servers, bartenders, and hosts while maintaining service standards and resolving guest concerns. Conduct pre-shift meetings, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness protocols. Support inventory, opening, and closing procedures while training new team members and developing future leaders. Work alongside staff during busy service periods to lead by example and partner with senior leadership to improve restaurant performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Assistant Manager experience
- Lead Server experience
- Lead Bartender experience
- Lead Host experience
- Shift Leader experience
- Similar restaurant leadership position experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
