Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, run a welcoming venue, and lead a diverse team of staff. Coach employees to deliver the Nando's experience for new and loyal guests while setting the tone and driving shift momentum. Energize the atmosphere and operations, ensuring every shift is full of positive energy and momentum. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your crew, setting the vibe and leading a shift full of positive energy and momentum. This role offers a base salary with an annual bonus of up to $6,000, plus free meals and discounts. Flexible rosters include set weekends off and no overnight shifts, supported by a 6-week onboarding program and ongoing meetups. Opportunities exist to advance into expanding Restaurant Management roles or explore Restaurant Support positions.
Required Qualifications

- Liquor accreditation
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- Manager accreditation
