Assist the GM in selecting, guiding, and managing Team Members while demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment. Manage the restaurant's P&L statement and execute training and marketing programs. Deliver superior guest service through strong people skills and excellent written and oral communication. Requires 2-3 years of restaurant experience and open, flexible work availability.
