Job Summary
Assist the GM in selecting, guiding, training, and managing the performance of Team Members while demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment. Manage the restaurant's P&L statement and execute training and marketing programs. Deliver superior guest service and develop the team using strong people skills. Requires 2-3 years of restaurant experience. Bilingual ability is mandatory.
