Job Summary
Assist Restaurant Manager in overseeing PUB 365 operations at Tuscany Suites & Casino. Supervise Front of House staff, train and motivate FOH employees, ensure food handling and presentation standards, deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, monitor budgets and expenses, drive sales growth through guest satisfaction, manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs, and assume Restaurant Manager duties in their absence in coordination with the Executive Chef. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2 years of full-service restaurant experience, craft beer experience, TAM/Health/Gaming cards, 21+ years old, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds. In-person work located in Las Vegas, NV.
