Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of Idalia Restaurant, lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitality, assist with recruitment, training, coaching and performance management, support staff scheduling and labour cost control, monitor stock levels and inventory management, ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing regulations, handle guest feedback professionally, and support delivery of revenue targets and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements
