Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations at two Sioux Falls Perkins locations, driving sales and profit through policy implementation, staff guidance, and guest satisfaction. Oversee menu execution, food safety and sanitation, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Lead and develop dining-room personnel, conduct interviews and performance reviews, manage payroll and costs, participate in management meetings, and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations. Requires weekend availability and a ~50-hour workweek with salary plus bonus; ServSafe certification and university attendance are required.
