Job Summary
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Create welcoming dining experiences, develop and train team members, and monitor food quality and presentation. Implement marketing strategies to attract guests, control costs, and optimize profitability while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on industry trends to recommend menu enhancements. Schedule, forecast, and budget the department.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry
- Six months to one year in a management position
- Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department
- Read, write and speak English
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Pre-employment drug test
