Job Summary
Manage the restaurant floor and lead a team of staff by motivating them from the front line and sharing operational knowledge. Coordinate daily operations for a client's network of restaurants offering quality food with the best ingredients, ensuring outstanding customer service standards are met. Maintain clear communication with the Restaurant Manager and staff, utilizing fluency in English and ideally Maltese. Produce a clean police conduct certificate upon selection and hold a valid work permit if non-EU. Work a shift basis Monday to Sunday with two days off depending on the roster, totaling 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with a well-established restaurant in Malta
- Knowledge and a passion for quality food and drink
- outstanding customer service
- Be a clear communicator
- fluent in English
- Be able to motivate staff by leading from the floor

- Be driven and goal-oriented
- Have certification from the I.T.S or a similar catering college
- Candidates should expect to produce a clean police conduct certificate if selected for client interview
- Non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta
- Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week
