Job Summary
Lead a Hungry Jack's restaurant as Assistant Restaurant Manager within the Restaurant Leadership Team, driving Guest Obsessed and People Power values in service and production areas. Responsible for executing and monitoring promotions, employee development and leadership, store merchandising, stock management and control, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. Reports to the Restaurant Manager; involved in training and coaching the team, with opportunities for career progression across the network. Requires National Police Check; offers include management bonus, on-the-job and leadership training, staff discounts, and flexible hours ranging from casual to full-time. Opportunity to balance sports, school commitments, and social life in Australia.
