Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, guide the team through service, spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to inventory and financial management. Drive KPIs and uphold high customer service standards while supporting leadership development, staff coaching, and operations in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate training programs, supervise rosters, manage efficiencies, and maintain brand standards. Be prepared to support background checks as part of the hiring process and participate in a comprehensive training program with opportunities for advancement within Guzman y Gomez (GYG).
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Past success in achieving KPI’s
- Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain Police Check) and employment verification as part of recruitment process
