Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and guide the team through bustling service periods. Spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances. We are seeking candidates with leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, and past success in achieving and driving KPI's. This role offers flexible rosters, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities to advance to Restaurant Management or become a Franchisee.
