Job Summary
Assist in daily restaurant operations at Guzman y Gomez (GYG) under the Restaurant Manager, oversee the team to drive development and training, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping to achieve operational, inventory, and financial targets. Demonstrate leadership and communication to motivate staff during busy trading periods, focus on KPI achievement, and participate in training programs and crew activities. Eligible for a comprehensive training program, potential career advancement, and benefits including discounted meals and uniforms; background checks may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
