Job Summary
Lead service on the floor and set the standard for the team while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of floor staff. Manage reservations, pre-service briefings, opening and closing procedures, and daily reporting. Handle guest feedback in the moment and oversee compliance across RSA, food safety, and OH&S. Assist with rostering and labour management to contribute to a positive team culture. This role requires proven front-of-house leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a current RSA certificate.
