Assistant Restaurant Manager

Oversee bar operations, floor, and kitchen to ensure the highest quality standards and resolve escalated customer issues. Supervise direct reports by hiring, training, evaluating performance, and mentoring new bar staff while building a positive culture. Collaborate with the GM to manage labor, cost of goods, budgeting, and expenses for optimal profitability, and track monthly results for business forecasting. Drive sales through creative marketing initiatives to ensure year-over-year growth. Maintain strict adherence to proper alcohol and food handling procedures. This active training position prepares candidates for a future General Manager role within Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room as the organization expands.
