Job Summary
Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards while ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive query resolution. Monitor and achieve financial targets via effective cost control and analysis, utilizing strong analytical skills for reporting and planning. Support back-of-house operations across units with varying service styles, applying supervisory-level catering or bar management experience to drive operational excellence. This role includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period and premium Sunday rates. You will contribute to Center Parcs' purpose of building better worlds for guests, colleagues, communities, and the environment.
Required Qualifications
