Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service flow, and maintain luxury standards. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team; coordinate between kitchen and service; manage reservations and guest preferences; monitor inventory, cost control, and support revenue targets. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Requires 3–5 years’ experience in upscale or fine dining and 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; English fluency and strong leadership/communication skills are essential.
