Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the Dunkin team, develop Crew and Shift Leaders, recruit/hire/onboard staff, ensure guest-first culture, maintain safety/food sanitation, execute brand standards and in-restaurant promotions, drive profitability and sales, train on new products, and manage team performance and development through coaching and feedback.
Required Qualifications

- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience

- Proficient in math and financial management
