Job Summary
Assist Restaurant Manager in leading the Dunkin team by helping recruit, onboard, and develop employees; ensure a guest-first culture, appropriate staffing, and adherence to safety, sanitation, and brand standards; support execution of production, quality, and guest-service goals; drive profitability through cost control, timely in-restaurant promotions, and rollout of new products; provide team training and development, review guest feedback, and implement improvement actions; strong English skills, supervisory experience, basic math/financial management, and a high school diploma are required.

- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic writing skills
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Proficient in math and financial management
