Job Summary
Manage daily operations by making time management decisions, handling staff scheduling, and upholding cleanliness and service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and motivating your team to meet expectations while coaching staff to deliver outstanding guest service. Take ownership of an Area of Impact in one of four zones: the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom, rotating through each to manage food safety, inventory, party execution, and equipment maintenance. Understand cost control procedures, financials, and labor management to ensure a safe, clean, and run environment. Work 40 hours weekly with a high-school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
