Job Summary
Manage daily operations by making time management decisions, scheduling staff, and upholding cleanliness and service standards. Coach the team to deliver guest service while overseeing cost control, inventory, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact, rotating through the kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom to manage food safety, merchandise profitability, party bookings, and equipment maintenance. Work 40 hours weekly with bi-weekly commission payouts ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
