Job Summary
Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, solving problems, and guiding Team Members and Shift Managers to complete assigned duties. Manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure safe, quality food delivery while upholding Charter Foods standards and brand guidelines. Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers through daily cleaning of floors, shelves, parking lots, and grounds. Perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and managing trash containers. Work a 50-hour week with basic computer literacy and business math skills. Try new products before public sale as part of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-Hour Work Week
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy
