Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Chuck E. Cheese leading a team to deliver guest satisfaction with high-energy leadership. Oversees AOI areas including The Kitchen (ordering, food safety, scheduling, cleanliness, pizza dough prep and cooking), Sales (cashier, salad bar, gift shop; monitoringUpsells), Inventory and profitability, Showroom (birthday party execution and seating), and Gameroom (partner with Technical Manager to maintain games, analyze play data and payouts). Focuses on coaching and developing staff, effective communication, time and priority management, and maintaining cost controls, while driving sales and ensuring a safe, clean guest environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
