Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations and manage a team at Chuck E. Cheese. Responsibilities include making daily time-management decisions, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest-service standards; building sales and profitability through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members; coaching for outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment; understanding cost controls, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, including overseeing pizza dough preparation, food safety, party bookings, and game-room maintenance, while ensuring guest satisfaction and quality assurance. Skills include coaching, effective communication, composure, resourcefulness, ethics and integrity, and time and priority management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
