Job Summary
Manage daily operations by overseeing staff scheduling, cleanliness, and product/guest service standards while building sales through team recruitment, training, and motivation. Take ownership of an Area of Impact, rotating through the kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom to manage inventory, food safety, party execution, and equipment maintenance. Coach the team to deliver outstanding service and ensure a safe, clean environment. Work 40 hours weekly with a high-school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
