Job Summary
Oversee all Restaurant activities during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards for food quality and safety. Plan and execute shift operations efficiently while coordinating staffing, inventory management, and administrative duties. Lead by example in training Team Members, resolving concerns promptly, and implementing policies to improve business decisions and long-term sales growth. Support the Management Team in financial performance management, cash handling procedures, and labor law compliance. Assist in executing limited GM duties as needed, including preparing food, serving guests, or cleaning the store. Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a requirement for reliable transportation and prompt attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- restaurant management experience
- Communication in English is required
- Spanish comprehension helpful
