Job Summary
Oversee all restaurant activities during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to brand standards for food quality and safety. Plan and execute shift operations efficiently while managing sales and labor tracking, coordinating staffing, inventory, and administrative duties. Support the Management Team in staff management, financial performance, and policy implementation, including training team members and resolving concerns promptly. Assist in executing limited GM duties as needed, whether by preparing food, serving guests, or cleaning the store. Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards to uphold brand image while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer, and cooking sections of the restaurant
