Assistant Restaurant Manager (Alexander's Restaurant)

Oversee daily front-of-house operations across the restaurant, bar, and private dining room, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards. Manage beverage programs, including inventory control, cost monitoring, and vendor coordination, while maintaining strict compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Assist the Restaurant Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, and serve as Manager on Duty during absences. Monitor reservations, process invoices, and lead ongoing product knowledge training to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
