Job Summary
Hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, coaching a team of 20+, and maintaining consistency during active service. Lead calmly during busy service periods, support accountability and performance, communicate clearly with staff and guests, help maintain service standards and operational consistency, stay organized balancing multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, leading during lunch and dinner service, assisting with opening/closing procedures, monitoring service flow and guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and standards, addressing guest concerns, staff coaching and development, scheduling and daily operational needs, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Restaurant management, assistant management, or supervisory experience preferred
