Job Summary
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in guest service and maximizing profitability. Assist in leading the team while maintaining high standards for coffee, beverages, and baked goods. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior management experience required. Competitive pay from $17.75-$20.40/hr with discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
