Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Leader supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, including hiring and terminating hourly crewmembers, onboarding and payroll for hourly staff, creating work and training schedules, coaching and managing performance, opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, enforcing policies, ensuring safety and cleanliness, delivering exemplary customer service, and utilizing technology tools (MS Office) for operational tasks. Requires leadership, multi-tasking, effective communication, ability to work various shifts including weekends, travel for training, and 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
