Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Leader will support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and manage hourly crewmembers including onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and performance management. The role includes opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, enforcing policies, shift management, deploying staff, delivering exemplary customer service, utilizing rewards programs, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and performing additional duties. Requires detail orientation, strong communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency with technology (MS Office), flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends), and travel for training as needed. 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
