Assistant Restaurant Leader

The Assistant Restaurant Leader supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, including hiring and terminating hourly crewmembers, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, performance management, opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, enforcing policies, shift management, and delivering exemplary customer service. The role requires managing crewmembers, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and executing operations with strong communication and organizational skills. Requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience, GCSEs or equivalent, and a valid UK driver’s license. Note: role is in Kingston upon Thames, UK and not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time.
