Job Summary
Leads daily outlet operations including overall quality, service and outlet staff performance; manages budgeting, forecasting, payroll, scheduling, training, and performance development; develops beverage programs and maintains beverage pars including wine and beverage menu updates; monitors inventory and cost controls; ensures guest service excellence and adherence to safety and quality standards; oversees staffing levels, labor costs, and profitability while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement in hospitality operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years' experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in fine dining, food and beverage services, hospitality, management operations, or related professional area
