Job Summary
Support the Restaurant General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining high-performing team members while executing Church's Chicken brand standards and operating procedures. Lead as Manager on Duty during the RGM's absence, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Drive sales growth and profitability by identifying marketing opportunities, managing inventory to reduce waste, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining operational excellence. Requires ServSafe certification, valid driver's license for travel, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years' experience in QSR industry / full-service concept
- ServSafe Certified (required or ability to obtain)
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required

- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Travel to other restaurant locations within the assigned area; overnight travel may be required
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of restaurant items up to 50 pounds, such as cases of chicken, boxes of supplies, cooking oil, or cleaning materials
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, and promote learning, development, and career growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and math skills
