Job Summary
Execute Church's Chicken brand standards, policies, and operating procedures while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional guest service. Lead and motivate a diverse team by recruiting, training, and developing high-performing restaurant staff, acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. Drive sales growth and profitability by managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and executing local marketing opportunities to maximize customer counts and check averages. Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and HACCP standards, including preparing for health inspections and internal audits. Perform cash audits, manage service vendors, and enforce cleaning schedules and uniform standards. Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, travel to other restaurant locations, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years' experience in QSR industry / full-service concept
- ServSafe Certified (required or ability to obtain)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, and promote learning, development, and career growth
- Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Travel to other restaurant locations within the assigned area; overnight travel may be required
