Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred)
- A leader who sets the tone, not just follows it
- Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
