Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant/Bar Manager responsible for assisting in daily supervision of restaurant operations across Restaurants/Bars and Room Service (if applicable). Duties include supervising shift operations, menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, supporting servers/hosts, supervising staff and providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure guest satisfaction and achievement of budgeted goals. The role involves coordinating with the Chef and Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with policies and local alcohol laws, and delivering exceptional customer service while mentoring team members and participating in departmental meetings to align on goals. The candidate should have either a high school diploma/GED with extensive F&B experience or a 2-year associate degree with related experience, and will perform HR-related activities such as training and staff development.
