Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager for Holiday Inn Singapore Little India responsible for shift supervision, ensuring customer-focused service, adherence to health and safety regulations, and brand standards; lead staff through recruitment, on-the-job training, and performance discussions; manage cash handling, banking, budgeting, cost control, inventory and upselling initiatives; oversee guest experience, menu and wine list development, and OH&S procedures; drive revenue and monitor metrics while maintaining high service standards and staff engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Food & Beverage qualification
- 2 years of related experience
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
