Job Summary
Assistant Residential Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the safe running of shifts, supervising residential counselors, and managing daily administrative tasks. This role requires 2-3 years of experience working with adolescents with serious mental illnesses or behavioral disturbances. The position offers an hourly rate of $23.50 and provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and paid vacation.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
