Job Summary
Convey your passion for helping adolescents with an energetic approach while supporting the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision. Ensure program safety and compliance with security procedures on-site and via rotating on-call coverage, while supporting all efforts to maintain the safety and well-being of students. Apply knowledge of Cohannet Academy's Residential Department policies to support staff and programming. Work full-time 32 hours on the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) from Saturday through Wednesday, including weekends, with overtime potentially mandated. Maintain a valid driver's license for student transport and be available for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Residential program or mental health facility experience
- Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (second language fluently, other than English)
