Assistant Residential Supervisor

Conduct direct service responsibilities including teaching, monitoring, and recovery-oriented supports for residents' daily living skills, medication management, and symptom management. Ensure comprehensive, person-centered planning for admission, ongoing services, and discharge while documenting resident behaviors and progress. Supervise resident medications, assist with meal preparation and recreational activities, and perform safe transporting and household chores to maintain safety standards. Provide leadership and supervision in the absence of the Residential Supervisor, including overseeing staff, physical plant, and the interviewing process for hiring recommendations. Attend staff and treatment team meetings to offer input for continued stay reviews and foster relationships with families and community providers. Share in on-call responsibilities as designated.
