Assistant Residential Manager

Oversee and monitor residential staff duties, including supervision of Therapeutic Assistants and residents. Direct the distribution of assigned tasks while ensuring safe implementation of individual treatment plans. Monitor residential documentation for patient behavior and maintain proper communication channels. Act as a role model for residents, patients, and staff while upholding organizational mission, policies, and strict confidentiality of personnel and patient data.
