ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL MANAGER - ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Oversee daily operations of an adult residential program to ensure a safe, supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. Support Direct Support Professionals through leadership, coaching, and shift coverage while maintaining staffing and compliance. Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, medication administration, and community outings. Foster independence by helping residents build daily living skills and participate in meaningful activities. Collaborate with Residential Managers, clinical teams, and families to ensure high-quality care and continuity of support. Requires a valid NYS Driver's License, one year of DSP experience, and successful completion of Transportation Orientation.
