Job Summary
The Assistant Resident Manager I is responsible for supporting the Resident Manager in the operation of a senior affordable housing community. Responsibilities include collecting rent, managing work orders, assisting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. Candidates must have over one year of affordable housing property management experience and familiarity with HUD and related guidelines. Strong problem-solving and resident relations skills are essential. An effective candidate will also have proficiency in computer and phone communication.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Year of Affordable Housing Property Management Experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
- Skilled in Problem Solving and Resident Relations
- Strong Computer and Phone Skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
