Job Summary
Clean common areas, perform minor maintenance repairs, and prepare apartments for new residents. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents while assisting with leasing suites. Respond to on-call requests during evening and weekend shifts. Work 4 weekdays weekly with a live-on-site requirement. This 2-person team supports the successful operation of a residential rental building under Realstar's management standards.
Required Qualifications
