Assistant Resident Manager on a 2-person team to live on-site at a property in St. Catharines, ON. Live on-site, share an apartment, and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings. Responsibilities include collecting rents, showing and leasing suites, cleaning common areas, performing minor maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, providing exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with leasing, and responding to on-call requests. Requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, cleaning experience, minor maintenance skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a team and accommodate evenings and weekends.
