Job Summary
Provide technical and managerial guidance to Clerks of Works while coordinating with site personnel to ensure construction activities align with project drawings and specifications. Assist the Resident Engineer in monitoring project progress, reviewing method statements and shop drawings, and verifying work completed for interim claims. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans and HSSE Manuals, and respond to technical inquiries from the Work Package Contractor. Maintain various project reports including Site Diaries, Monthly Progress Reports, and Incident Reports. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 12 years of site supervision experience, and registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 12 years (s) of proven working experience in construction site supervision, ideally in road and bridge projects
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards
